# How to get a job on Alignerr, step by step

Follow Alignerr's current application route: profile, job application, verification, any required interview or assessment, contract and project onboarding.

An Alignerr application can include a Zara interview or a domain assessment. Check the instructions for your particular job before setting aside time for a test.

This guide follows Alignerr's published instructions, checked on 18 October 2026. It is a documentation-based walkthrough.

## 1. Create and check your profile

Sign in with Google, upload your resume, review the parsed details and choose your skill preferences. Check your location carefully.

- [Alignerr's platform profile and current jobs](https://aipaylist.com/platforms/alignerr)

## 2. Apply to a suitable job

Browse the available jobs. Alignerr says each listing shows its requirements and expected pay. Match those requirements to experience you can explain with a concrete example.

## 3. Verify your identity and check for extra steps

Verify your phone, then complete Persona identity verification. Some jobs also require a Zara AI interview or domain assessment. Alignerr sends instructions when those apply. Its process page gives no universal interview duration.

Before starting an assessment, check the estimate, equipment requirements and submission rules in your invitation. Plan from that information instead of an old platform-wide timing claim.

## 4. Complete the contract and payment setup when invited

Approved applicants receive an email to complete the contract and billing setup. Alignerr names Stripe Connect and PayPal, with the available option depending on location.

## 5. Follow the onboarding instructions for work

The next invitation introduces onboarding resources, Labelbox and Discord. Check the actual project instructions and available work before planning your hours or earnings.
