Over the course of a one-month project, you will participate in remote voice or text sessions to discuss your valuation strategies. You will review sample M&A scenarios and provide structured feedback on the modeling approaches used. We will ask you to walk through how you handle specific valuation challenges and stress-test assumptions. The entire process takes place online through our research platform. Who This Is For
We are looking for senior investment banking professionals based in India with deep expertise in M&A. We welcome current senior bankers, recently transitioned ex-bankers, and specialized valuation experts. Qualified candidates should have extensive hands-on experience building and reviewing financial models.
What you would do
