AIPayList

Referral disclosure

AIPayList is free to use and requires no signup. It earns money when someone joins certain platforms through a referral link on this site (currently Mercor, micro1, Ethos, Vetto, Terac, SME Careers, AfterQuery, Outlier, Babel Audio, Fleet AI, Turing, Claru, Sovrano AI and Alignerr). If you sign up through one of those links, the platform may pay us a commission. It never changes what the platform pays you. Some referral links also give the person joining something, for example a faster review at Babel Audio. Referral status still never changes ranking.

Separately, I offer paid coaching for the AI interviews and tests, agreed by email with no upfront payment. One person can bring both a coaching fee and a referral bonus, when they join through my link, pass the platform's process and start earning.

On Turing, only some roles carry my referral link. Turing gives a separate link for each role, so the Apply button on those roles goes through my link and the page for each one says so. The Join Turing button and every other Turing role link straight to Turing.

On Alignerr, only some roles carry my referral link too. Alignerr pays a referral on a few of its jobs only, so the Apply button on those roles goes through my link and the page for each one says so. The Join Alignerr button and every other Alignerr role link straight to Alignerr.

On Sovrano AI, every role carries my referral link and every one of those pages says so. Sovrano does publish two kinds of work that earn me nothing: section 3.7(a) of its referral terms says work trials and the Sovrano AI Scholar Program are ineligible, and beyond those it can mark any individual role as Excluded without publishing a list. So some of those Apply buttons earn me nothing, and you cannot tell which from the page. Its reward is a flat fee for an intern hire or a capped share of what a contractor earns, paid by Sovrano out of its own money. It never changes what Sovrano pays you.

One referral link is not a hiring platform. The Ethos guide and the apply guide link my Wise invite where they explain that Ethos pays through Wise. Wise gives the invited person a free card or a fee-free first transfer, depending on the country, and pays me a bonus when invited people qualify by sending a transfer or spending on the card. It never changes what any platform pays you.

The rules we hold ourselves to

Questions or corrections: the fastest route is the platform pages themselves. Every factual note carries its verification date, and we re-verify continuously.
