You will complete an asynchronous remote survey detailing your day-to-day administrative tasks. We will ask you to walk through your typical responsibilities and how you support your organization's operations. You will also react to different scenarios involving payer interactions and describe any current workflow challenges you face. The entire process is conducted online and allows you to share your experiences directly. Who This Is For

We welcome healthcare administrative professionals who work directly for provider organizations. We are looking for staff with hands-on experience in day-to-day administrative operations and payer interactions. If you support your organization's operational or administrative workflows, this study is a great fit,

What you would do
