You will complete an asynchronous, remote survey focused on your personal banking routines. The questions will prompt you to expand on specific financial tools and account features you use regularly. You can finish this task entirely on your own schedule from your computer or mobile device. We will review your written responses to finalize our understanding of the current banking landscape. We are exclusively looking for individuals who successfully completed our initial Brazilian Banking study. We welcome retail banking customers, small business owners, and active investors.
