Atlas Capture pays you to film everyday chores with your iPhone in a head strap: folding the laundry, doing the dishes, cooking dinner. The videos train AI and robots, and you are paid for every hour of video Atlas approves.

I signed up in October 2026. It is not a job and the pay is modest. But you need no CV, no interview and no experience, and with my code your first approved hour also earns you a $10 bonus.

How it works

  1. Install Atlas Capture on an iPhone 11 or newer, but not an SE or a 16e, and sign up with my code.
  2. Get a head strap that holds the phone at eye level, pointing at your hands. There is no Android app.
  3. Pick a task in the app and film it from start to finish, with both hands in view.
  4. Reviewers approve or reject each video. Approved hours reach your wallet each week, and you can withdraw any day once you have 5 approved hours, from $10, after an ID check. At the $3 an hour I was offered, 5 approved hours come to about $15.

Examples of chores it pays for: fold the laundry, do the dishes, cook dinner, water the plants, wipe the counters and sweep the floor.

Good to know

  • Its reviewers check three things: both hands in view, a real task rather than an acted one, and the video quality. A rejected video shows the reason.
  • Atlas is rated 4.7 from about 900 ratings on the US App Store. Its low reviews complain of rejected videos and access codes that do not work.
  • Film only your own home. Keep faces, other people, children, screens, papers and anything with your address out of the shot.
  • Never pay to join. The one thing to buy is a head strap.
  • You are paid as an independent contractor, so the income is yours to declare where you live.

Paid more, if you can apply and wait
