About the Role
What if your expertise in investment research, financial analysis, and strategic thinking could directly shape how AI reasons about markets, companies, and economic trends? We're looking for Investment Strategy Analysts to evaluate and improve AI-generated financial insights — helping ensure that the AI systems influencing tomorrow's decision-making are accurate, rigorous, and analytically sound.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for finance professionals who think critically, write clearly, and know their way around a balance sheet. No AI background needed — just deep domain expertise and a sharp analytical mind.

What You'll Do
* Analyze company performance drivers, financial statements, and competitive positioning * Evaluate AI-generated investment narratives and strategic commentary for accuracy and rigor * Compare qualitative insights against quantitative signals and flag inconsistencies * Assess macro trends, sector dynamics, and potential investment scenarios * Summarize opportunities, risks, and strategic considerations in structured formats * Deliver clear, well-reasoned insights aligned to each project's analytical framework * Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule
Who You Are
* Background in investment research, corporate strategy, consulting, or finance * Strong analytical reasoning — you can assess competitive and financial dynamics with confidence * Clear, concise writer who can distill complex information into structured insights * Comfortable evaluating both qualitative narratives and quantitative financial data * Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without supervision * No prior AI or tech experience required
Nice to Have
* Experience with valuation methodologies — DCF, comparables, precedent transactions * Familiarity with sector-specific analytical frameworks (tech, healthcare, industrials, etc.) * CFA designation or progress toward it * Background in equity research, private equity, investment banking, or management consulting * Experience interpreting earnings calls, investor presentations, or sell-side research
