Who You Are
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of core JavaScript concepts — async/await, closures, the event loop, and DOM manipulation
- 3–5 years of practical experience with modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or Node.js
- Strong instincts for clean, maintainable, and efficient frontend code
- Naturally detail-oriented with a systematic approach to evaluating and improving code quality
- Clear written communicator who can explain technical reasoning in plain terms
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field preferred

Frontend JavaScript Engineer (AI Training)
About the Role
What if your JavaScript expertise could directly influence how AI writes and understands code for millions of developers around the world? We're looking for experienced Frontend JavaScript Engineers to evaluate, critique, and improve AI-generated code — helping ensure the next generation of AI tools actually thinks like a great engineer.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. Training and onboarding support will be provided — no prior AI experience needed. Just bring your deep knowledge of JavaScript and a sharp eye for quality code.
- Organization: Alignerr - Type: Hourly Contract - Location: Remote - Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
