About the Role

We're looking for Video Annotation Specialists to segment, label, and describe video content that powers the next generation of AI models — helping machines learn to interpret everything from camera angles to on-screen action.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong visual attention and a methodical approach to work. No professional video or film experience required — just a sharp eye, consistent focus, and a willingness to do quality work at scale.

What You'll Do

* Segment video content into individual shots and scenes with precision * Annotate camera angles, shot sizes, movement types, and on-screen actions * Apply labels and tags according to predefined classification categories * Flag unclear shots, ambiguous transitions, or content that requires review * Maintain speed and accuracy across high-volume annotation workflows * Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule
Who You Are
* Sharp visual attention — you notice subtle differences others might miss * Consistent and methodical when working through repetitive, detail-oriented tasks * Comfortable using web-based labeling tools or spreadsheets * Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without close supervision * Genuine interest in video, film, or visual media is a plus * No professional video production or AI experience required
Nice to Have
* Background in film, photography, media studies, or visual arts * Experience with data annotation, content tagging, or quality assurance workflows * Familiarity with video editing or media management tools * Prior exposure to AI training data or annotation platforms
