We are seeking experienced turnaround/change consultants based in the EU or UK to ensure AI-powered organisational solutions are robust, accurate, and aligned with practical realities.
Your Responsibilities
- Review and refine AI-generated content related to organisational change, turnaround strategy, implementation, and practical change management.
- Assess AI outputs for practical relevance, compliance, and effectiveness in real-world scenarios.
- Develop realistic turnaround and change scenarios informed by your own professional experience.

About You
- Senior-level turnaround/change consultant with substantial experience in the EU or UK.
- Demonstrated success advising on, planning, and executing change or turnaround strategies and projects.
- Skilled in evaluating organisational processes, compliance requirements, and operational needs.
- Independent, self-driven, and able to provide clear, structured feedback.
- Available for 8–20 hours per week and quick to respond.
