Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Analyst

* Review, analyze, and evaluate security policies, controls, and procedures for accuracy and completeness * Classify and assess real-world compliance scenarios across frameworks such as SOC2, ISO 27001, NIST, and others * Evaluate risk statements, control mappings, and audit-style documentation * Generate and validate high-quality training and evaluation data used to improve AI reasoning in GRC contexts * Provide structured, precise written feedback that helps AI systems learn nuanced compliance logic

Who You Are

* 2+ years of hands-on experience in GRC, compliance, risk management, or information security * Solid familiarity with one or more industry frameworks — SOC2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, or similar * Comfortable reading and interpreting policy documents, audit reports, and control frameworks * Detail-oriented with strong written reasoning and analytical skills * Self-motivated and able to work independently in an async remote environment

Nice to Have

* Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or AI evaluation workflows * Background in internal audit, third-party risk, or enterprise risk management * Familiarity with regulatory compliance environments (HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR, etc.)
