Who You Are
- Deep expertise in Python, including modern frameworks such as Django, Flask, and FastAPI
- 3–5+ years of professional experience writing production-level Python code
- Strong grasp of advanced Python language features, performance considerations, and software design principles
- Exceptional written communication skills — you can explain complex technical concepts clearly and precisely
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in an async environment

Backend Python Engineer (AI Training)
About the Role
What if your Python expertise could directly shape how the world's most advanced AI systems write and reason about code? We're looking for experienced Backend Python Engineers to evaluate AI-generated code, build complex algorithmic challenges, and help push the boundaries of what AI can do with software.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for senior Python developers who want meaningful, high-impact work alongside cutting-edge AI research labs — on their own schedule.
- Organization: Alignerr - Type: Hourly Contract - Location: Remote - Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
