Backend Python Engineer

* Review and evaluate AI-generated Python code for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to PEP 8 and industry best practices * Design and develop complex backend algorithmic solutions and data processing scripts that challenge AI reasoning at its limits * Write clear, human-readable explanations of backend logic, architectural decisions, and code quality judgements * Identify edge cases, security vulnerabilities, and failure modes in AI-generated API logic * Provide structured, expert-level feedback that directly informs how AI models learn to write better code

Who You Are

* Deep expertise in Python, including modern frameworks such as Django, Flask, and FastAPI * 3–5+ years of professional experience writing production-level Python code * Strong grasp of advanced Python language features, performance considerations, and software design principles * Exceptional written communication skills — you can explain complex technical concepts clearly and precisely * Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field * Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in an async environment

Nice to Have

* Prior experience with data annotation, RLHF, or AI evaluation workflows * Background in API security, distributed systems, or data engineering * Familiarity with software testing methodologies and edge case analysis
