About the Role

We're looking for finance lecturers and economists to help shape how the next generation of AI understands financial and economic reasoning. Your expertise will directly influence how AI systems explain valuation, risk, market behavior, and more — making a real impact on one of the most consequential technologies of our time.

What You'll Do

* Review and evaluate finance-related questions, explanations, and reasoning used in AI training datasets * Assess the accuracy and clarity of financial concepts including valuation, risk analysis, and market behavior * Identify gaps, misconceptions, and errors in AI-generated financial content * Provide structured, expert feedback to improve the quality of financial reasoning in AI outputs * Apply your teaching experience to flag common student misconceptions that AI systems may replicate * Work independently and asynchronously on a schedule that suits you

Who You Are

* 3+ years of experience teaching finance or economics at the postsecondary level * Strong command of corporate finance, financial markets, or financial economics * Able to clearly and critically evaluate written financial reasoning * Comfortable reviewing and assessing structured content at scale * Detail-oriented and reliable, with the ability to meet project deadlines independently

Nice to Have

* Graduate degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field * Industry or applied finance experience (investment banking, asset management, consulting, etc.) * Familiarity with AI systems, model evaluation, or data labeling workflows
