• $80 to $120/hr , paid weekly via Stripe. Your rate is set from your experience, not negotiated down after you start.

• Fully remote, fully async. No fixed hours.

• Minimum 10 hours per week, no maximum. Scale up or down week to week.

• No screen recording, no keystroke monitoring, no idle timers.

• Independent contractor. Ongoing project work rather than single task batches.

Responsibilities - Author realistic quality scenarios from event report through corrective action plan - Write reference answers with the methodology behind each analysis - Grade model output for methodological rigor and regulatory accuracy - Flag analyses that look thorough but would miss the systemic cause

Required qualifications - Clinical license (RN or similar) or CPHQ certification - 2+ years in healthcare quality, patient safety, or performance improvement - Depth in quality measures, root cause analysis, or accreditation readiness - Clear written English for documenting findings and improvement plans - Able to commit at least 10 hours per week

Preferred qualifications - CPHQ, CPPS, or Lean Six Sigma certification - Joint Commission, CMS, or state survey experience - HEDIS, star ratings, or registry abstraction experience
