Who You Are

* An active retail investor or trader with hands-on experience in stocks, ETFs, crypto, or derivatives * Familiar with major brokerage platforms such as Robinhood, Wealthsimple, Charles Schwab, Fidelity, eToro, Interactive Brokers, SoFi, or Webull * Up-to-date on current market trends and comfortable discussing how real investors think * Strong analytical judgment with the ability to explain your reasoning clearly in writing * Detail-oriented and able to follow structured labeling and annotation guidelines * Self-motivated and reliable when working independently * No prior AI or data annotation experience required

Nice to Have

* Experience with options, futures, or other derivatives * Background in personal finance, investment research, or financial analysis * Familiarity with technical or fundamental analysis methodologies * Experience across multiple asset classes or international markets
