About the Role
We're looking for experienced management and leadership educators to help shape how AI understands organizational behavior, decision-making, and leadership strategy. Your expertise will directly influence the quality and accuracy of AI systems used by organizations worldwide.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your real-world knowledge of management theory makes a meaningful difference.

* Review and evaluate AI-generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy and realism * Assess AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design * Identify flawed assumptions, weak decision logic, or unrealistic recommendations * Provide clear, structured feedback that improves how AI models approach managerial thinking * Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
* 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level * Strong command of organizational behavior, leadership theory, and management frameworks * Skilled at evaluating decision-making quality and identifying logical tradeoffs * Comfortable reviewing written scenarios and providing detailed, constructive feedback * Self-motivated and reliable in a remote, asynchronous environment
Nice to Have
* MBA or Master's degree in Management or a related field * Hands-on industry experience in leadership, operations, or organizational development * Familiarity with AI systems or content evaluation workflows
