Nursing Informatics Specialist

What You'll Do

* Review and evaluate AI-generated clinical content, EHR workflows, and health informatics outputs for accuracy, safety, and real-world applicability * Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic assumptions in AI-generated nursing and clinical documentation * Provide structured expert feedback on how well AI systems reflect genuine nursing practice and patient care standards * Assess the usability and clinical soundness of AI-designed health information system recommendations * Apply your knowledge of EHR platforms (e.g., Epic, Cerner) to evaluate whether AI outputs align with real clinical documentation workflows * Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

* Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with hands-on experience in clinical informatics or health IT * Experienced with EHR systems and clinical documentation workflows in real healthcare settings * Strong analytical thinker able to assess AI outputs critically against nursing best practices * Detail-oriented and consistent in applying evaluation standards * Clear and effective written communicator * Comfortable working independently on task-based assignments

Nice to Have

* Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems * Background in health IT project implementation or clinical workflow redesign * Familiarity with AI tools, large language models, or AI evaluation processes * Experience in specialty nursing areas such as ICU, oncology, or surgical care
