About the Role
What if your voice could directly shape how AI understands and communicates with millions of people? We're looking for professional voice actors with an authentic Irish English accent to participate in paid studio recording sessions that help leading AI research teams build smarter, more natural speech technology.
This is a contract role for experienced voice talent based in Ireland. Your voice won't be cloned — you'll be performing natural, human conversation that helps AI systems learn how real people speak.
- Organisation: Alignerr - Type: Contract - Session Format: In-person professional recording studio - Session Length: 4 hours per session (2–3 sessions total)
What You'll Do

* Record natural Irish English conversational speech in a professional studio environment * Perform both solo recordings and dual-speaker dialogue sessions with another voice actor * Deliver realistic, natural-sounding dialogue that feels unscripted and genuinely human * Follow light direction to vary tone, pacing, and delivery across different scenarios * Bring your professional instincts to make conversations sound authentic and engaging
Who You Are
* A professional voice actor or voice-over artist with real recording experience * A native or near-native Irish English speaker — your accent is the cornerstone of this role * Currently based in Ireland * Comfortable performing natural, conversational dialogue (not just read-aloud narration) * Reliable, professional, and receptive to direction in a studio setting * Fluent in English at a working level for communication and direction
Nice to Have
* Acting or performance background * Experience in broadcast, podcasting, or commercial studio recording * Comfort with improvised or dialogue-driven performance styles
