Who You Are

* Background in healthcare, clinical informatics, nursing, medical coding, or a related field * Familiarity with EHR systems and clinical documentation standards (e.g., ICD, CPT, SNOMED) * Strong attention to detail and ability to apply guidelines consistently * Comfortable working with complex, nuanced datasets * Self-motivated and reliable when working independently * No prior AI or annotation experience required — training provided

Nice to Have

* Experience with medical coding (CPC, CCS, or similar certifications) * Background in clinical informatics, health information management, or medical transcription * Familiarity with NLP or AI data labeling workflows
