EMR/EHR Implementation Specialist

* Review and evaluate AI-generated content related to EMR/EHR configuration, clinical workflows, and healthcare IT best practices * Assess the accuracy and real-world applicability of AI outputs against your expertise in Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms * Identify errors, gaps, or unrealistic recommendations in AI-generated healthcare IT guidance * Provide structured, detailed feedback to help AI models better understand clinical and administrative workflows * Leverage your knowledge of system configuration, deployment, and optimization to improve AI reasoning in healthcare contexts * Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

* Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or optimizing EMR/EHR systems — Epic, Cerner, or equivalent platforms * Strong understanding of clinical and administrative healthcare workflows * Ability to evaluate technical accuracy and real-world practicality of healthcare IT guidance * Detail-oriented with clear written communication skills * Comfortable working independently in a remote, task-based environment

Nice to Have

* Experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows * Background in clinical informatics or healthcare IT consulting * Familiarity with interoperability standards such as HL7 or FHIR * Experience training or supporting end-users on EMR/EHR platforms
