Senior Healthcare Data Labeling Specialist

* Annotate complex clinical datasets including EHR records, clinical notes, lab results, and medical coding * Perform quality assurance (QA) reviews on labeled healthcare data to ensure accuracy and consistency * Apply clinical judgment to interpret ambiguous or nuanced medical information * Follow structured annotation guidelines and flag edge cases or data quality issues * Provide expert feedback that directly improves AI model performance in healthcare applications * Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

* Background in healthcare, clinical informatics, nursing, medicine, health records, or a related field * Familiarity with EHR systems, clinical terminology, and medical coding standards (e.g., ICD, CPT, SNOMED) * Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy * Ability to follow complex annotation guidelines consistently across large datasets * Comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment * Clear written communication skills

Nice to Have

* Experience with medical data annotation, clinical documentation, or health information management * Familiarity with AI/ML data labeling workflows or annotation tools * Credentials such as RN, MD, PA, NP, RHIA, CCS, or equivalent clinical/HIM certifications * Experience with natural language processing (NLP) in a healthcare context
