- Audit Technical Accuracy — Review AI-generated outputs — including code, circuit diagrams, and mathematical proofs — for correctness, safety, and alignment with engineering standards (IEEE, NEC, etc.)

- Improve AI Reasoning — Identify flaws in AI logic and provide structured, actionable feedback that helps models think more accurately about engineering tasks
- Document Failure Modes — Probe models on topics like embedded systems, signal processing, robotics, and simulations, and systematically log where and how they break down
Candidate background
Who You Are
- Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related field (Master's — currently pursuing or completed — or PhD)
- Strong domain expertise in one or more core areas: VLSI, control systems, telecommunications, power electronics, or similar
- Analytical communicator — you can explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely in writing
- Detail-oriented — you catch errors in equations, circuit logic, and technical documentation that others miss
- No prior AI experience required — if you know your engineering, we'll teach you the rest
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, technical evaluation, or quality assurance workflows
- Familiarity with AI or large language model (LLM) evaluation

About the Role

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. You set your hours, work asynchronously, and apply your expertise in a way that makes a lasting impact on AI development.
- Organization: Alignerr - Type: Hourly Contract - Location: Remote - Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
