Contract and pay

• $100 to $125/hr , paid weekly via Stripe. Your rate is set from your experience, not negotiated down after you start.

• Fully remote, fully async. No fixed hours.

• Minimum 10 hours per week, no maximum. Scale up or down week to week.

• No screen recording, no keystroke monitoring, no idle timers.

• Independent contractor. Ongoing project work rather than single task batches.

Responsibilities - Author realistic electrical engineering scenarios from requirements through design review - Write reference answers with the engineering reasoning behind each decision - Grade model output for technical accuracy and standards compliance - Flag designs that read plausible but would fail in practice

Required qualifications - Degree in electrical engineering or a closely related field - 2+ years of professional electrical engineering experience - Depth in at least one area such as power systems, embedded hardware, or circuit design - Clear written English for documenting engineering reasoning - Able to commit at least 10 hours per week

Preferred qualifications - PE license or FE certification - Experience across both design and testing - Simulation tool depth such as SPICE or MATLAB
