Retail Sales and Wholesaler Expert

Responsibilities - Develop high-quality retail and wholesale questions and case studies that challenge AI models on topics such as inventory management, pricing strategies, customer service, merchandising, vendor negotiations, sales forecasting, loss prevention, and more. - Evaluate and validate model responses, offering detailed feedback to ensure accuracy and adherence to retail and wholesale best practices and industry standards. - Collaborate with a team of retail and technical experts to fine-tune question difficulty and ensure content is both challenging and educational.

Required qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Proven experience in retail sales, wholesale distribution, merchandising, or store operations with a robust understanding of various sales channels and business models. - Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Preferred qualifications - Multiple years of retail or wholesale experience, ideally across diverse product categories and market segments (brick-and-mortar, e-commerce, B2B, etc.). - Prior involvement in retail operations, buyer/vendor relations, industry publications, or retail technology initiatives. - Experience in retail management, buying, category management, or supply chain operations is a plus.
