Contract and pay

• $80 to $125/hr , paid weekly via Stripe. Your rate is set from your experience, not negotiated down after you start.

• Fully remote, fully async. No fixed hours.

• Minimum 10 hours per week, no maximum. Scale up or down week to week.

• No screen recording, no keystroke monitoring, no idle timers.

• Independent contractor. Ongoing project work rather than single task batches.

Responsibilities - Author realistic patient scenarios from presentation through disposition - Write reference answers with the clinical reasoning behind each decision - Grade model output for diagnostic accuracy and patient safety - Flag plans that read plausibly but would harm the patient

Required qualifications - Active NP license with national board certification (AANP or ANCC) - 2+ years of clinical practice after certification - Depth in your specialty: family, acute care, psych, or adult gerontology - Clear written English for documenting clinical reasoning - Able to commit at least 10 hours per week

Preferred qualifications - Experience precepting NP students or teaching clinical content - DNP or an additional specialty certification - Prior chart review, utilization review, or QA experience
