We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented AI Training Specialist with a strong STEM background to join our team at Rise Data Labs. In this role, you will be instrumental in training and enhancing AI models through effective data annotation and validation processes. You will leverage your domain expertise to ensure the highest quality data for machine learning applications across various projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Train and improve AI models through accurate data annotation and labeling.
• Review and validate AI-generated content for accuracy and relevance.
• Provide domain expertise to enhance AI model performance and reliability.
• Collaborate on various AI training projects across diverse fields.
• Maintain high standards of data quality and contribute to quality assurance processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics).
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience in data annotation, machine learning, or AI model training.
• Proficient in using data annotation tools and software.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
• Advanced degree in a relevant STEM field.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.
• Experience working with AI and machine learning frameworks.
• Previous experience in a quality assurance role.
