Who You Are

* Native or near-native English fluency with strong command of grammar and style * Naturally detail-oriented with a sharp, consistent editorial eye * Able to evaluate a broad variety of writing styles and subject areas * Self-motivated and reliable when working independently * Clear written communicator who can articulate quality issues with precision * No prior AI, journalism, or content experience required

Nice to Have

* Background in writing, editing, copywriting, journalism, or communications * Experience with proofreading, quality assurance, or content review * Familiarity with AI writing tools or content platforms as an end user * Knowledge of multiple style guides (AP, Chicago, MLA, etc.)
