Candidate background
Who You Are
- Strong proofreading and editing instincts with a sharp eye for detail
- Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Humanities, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
- Comfortable evaluating written content across a wide range of topics and styles
- Able to maintain consistency and quality when working at scale
- Self-motivated and reliable with excellent written communication skills
- No prior AI experience required

- Organization: Alignerr (Powered by Labelbox) - Type: Hourly Contract - Location: Remote - Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
* Review AI-generated and human-written content for grammar, tone, clarity, and consistency * Improve readability and flow without altering the original intent or meaning * Identify and flag subtle linguistic errors, awkward phrasing, and structural issues * Apply consistent editorial judgment across large volumes of content * Provide structured, actionable feedback to help AI systems produce better writing * Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
