About the Role

We're looking for experienced postsecondary Business instructors to help shape the next generation of AI. Your classroom expertise doesn't just belong in a lecture hall — it belongs at the frontier of AI development. You'll evaluate and improve how AI systems understand core business concepts, real-world decision-making, and applied reasoning.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your teaching experience directly influences how AI thinks about business.

Who You Are

* 3+ years of experience teaching business at the postsecondary level * Strong command of core business topics — management, strategy, operations, finance, and more * Able to clearly evaluate and articulate business reasoning in written form * Comfortable reviewing structured content and delivering actionable, detailed feedback * Self-motivated and reliable when working independently

Nice to Have

* Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field * Industry or applied business experience outside of academia * Familiarity with AI systems, content evaluation, or instructional design workflows
