Vulnerability Management Analyst

* Analyze vulnerability reports, CVEs, and exposure scenarios across infrastructure and application environments * Evaluate severity, exploitability, business impact, and remediation strategies for realistic security scenarios * Review and assess patching, mitigation, and risk prioritization decision-making workflows * Generate, label, and validate security-reasoning data used to train and benchmark AI systems * Apply your practitioner knowledge to ensure AI outputs reflect how security teams actually operate in production

Who You Are

* 2+ years of hands-on experience in vulnerability management, security operations, or infrastructure security * Solid working knowledge of CVEs, vulnerability scanners, patching workflows, and risk prioritization frameworks (e.g., CVSS, EPSS, SSVC) * You understand the real-world gap between theoretical risk scores and what actually needs to get fixed first * Analytical, structured thinker who can articulate security reasoning clearly in writing * Comfortable working independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments

Nice to Have

* Experience with tools like Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, or similar vulnerability management platforms * Familiarity with cloud security, container environments, or application security * Background in threat intelligence or exposure management programs * No prior AI experience required — your security expertise is what matters
