DataAnnotation is very widely described as accepting only the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. We did not find that list on any DataAnnotation page we read, and those are listed below. The sign-up form's hint to include a country code if you are outside the US is a phone-field instruction, and it assumes non-US applicants rather than excluding them. source

Its sign-up page links Terms of Use to a DataAnnotation page headed Terms of Use, under which you provide data labeling services to Surge Labs, Inc., a Delaware corporation, as an independent contractor. source

It contradicts itself on qualifications. Its FAQ says the baseline requirement is a bachelor's degree or equivalent real-world experience, while its own job board says no degree is required and that it cares about what you can do rather than where you learned it. source
