Who You Are
- 5+ years of professional experience writing production-grade C++
- Strong background in asynchronous network programming — event loops, RPC frameworks, or high-performance microservices
- Experience working with high-throughput databases or message queues
- Native or fluent English speaker with clear written and verbal communication skills
- Able to commit 20–40 hours per week with consistency and reliability
- Self-directed and comfortable operating in fast-moving engineering environments

About the Role

We're looking for a senior C++ engineer to design and build the data pipelines, annotation tooling, and evaluation infrastructure that leading AI labs depend on to train and validate next-generation models.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role for an experienced systems engineer who wants to do meaningful, high-impact work at the frontier of AI development.

What You'll Do
