What We're Researching
We're hiring professional hair stylists and cosmetologists to document how they recommend home care products to clients. By understanding your professional methodology, we aim to map the exact criteria experts use when building custom client regimens. This paid study captures the specific workflows that drive successful retail and home care outcomes in professional salons. How It Works
You will start by authoring a comprehensive written guide of approximately 4,000 words detailing your product recommendation methodology. Following the written portion, you will record a 30 to 45-minute narrated screen recording. During this recording, you will demonstrate a live regimen recommendation workflow for a specific client profile. You will explain your decision-making process out loud as you select products and build the client's home care routine. Who This Is For
We welcome licensed cosmetologists, salon owners, and professional hair stylists with extensive experience in client consultations. You should have a strong track record of recommending and retailing professional home care products to a diverse clientele. We also welcome specialized texture experts and colorists who build highly specific home care regimens for their clients.
