- Experienced in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or data management — you know how clinical data works in the real world
- Proven ability to design and manage BI systems, including dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models
- Comfortable working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare environments
- A strong communicator who can translate complex data findings into clear, decision-ready insights
- Self-motivated and reliable — you deliver quality work without needing close supervision
- Detail-oriented and systematic in your approach to data quality and accuracy

About the Role

We're looking for experienced Clinical Business Intelligence Managers to contribute to cutting-edge AI training projects — bringing the real-world knowledge and leadership instincts that only seasoned healthcare data professionals have.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role designed to fit around your schedule. If you've spent years turning complex clinical and operational data into actionable insights, this is your opportunity to apply that expertise in a new and impactful direction.

What You'll Do
