Pila8's job pages advertise an estimated $10 to $50 an hour, but when we signed up on 2026-09-23, the only project its app offered us paid $6 an hour plus a streak bonus. That gap is why it is not listed here. The project is a recorded conversation with another contributor, and it asks for ID verification before you start. Two contributor reviews from September 2026 report the same $6 an hour. If that rate suits you, the app shows it before you do any work.
Why Pila8 is not listed here
- ▲ Its three open roles, all in English, advertise an estimated $10 to $50 an hour, or $10 to $30 on one of them. When we signed up on 2026-09-23 and passed its first test, the only project its app offered us was Everyday Conversations at $6 an hour plus a streak bonus.
- ▲ Its how-it-works page goes further. It shows example audio tasks of 2 to 4 minutes paying $5 to $12 each, and of 8 to 12 minutes paying $20 to $30, with a note that these are examples only.
- ▲ We are not the only ones to see $6. Two contributor reviews on Trustpilot from September 2026 give the same $6 an hour for its standard tasks, and one says tasks were capped at two per person, which made its $10 minimum payout hard to reach.

In fairness: None of this makes Pila8 a scam, and it is not listed here as one. Its job pages call the range an estimate and say earnings vary with session format, quality, speed and approval, and the app shows the $6 an hour on the project before you start. The projects on offer may differ by country and language, and ours was one account on one day. Its Trustpilot score was 3.4 out of 5 on 2026-09-23, and several reviewers praise its support staff. If recording conversations at $6 an hour suits you, the work is real.
