Checked 2026-09-20: every published role carries a structured rate. 21 were hourly, at 60 US dollars an hour for the slide and deck expert roles, 12 euros an hour for the native-speaker evaluator roles, 8 to 12 euros an hour for the speech data roles and 5 to 15 US dollars an hour for robotics annotation. One paid 500 US dollars per approved task. Four paid 1,000 euros a month, stored as an annual salary the way this directory stores every monthly figure. Eleven of the hourly roles state in their own payment terms that the rate is for a pilot and that production rates are still to be confirmed, so the euro figures on those may change. The roles at 8 euros an hour, and the monthly ones, fall under this directory's 10 dollar floor, so they are not listed

Sovrano sets location per posting, not per platform. On 20 Sep 2026, 10 of its 26 published roles said Remote (EU) or Remote (European Union) and the other 16 said only Remote. Read the posting you are applying to. source

Sovrano publishes a list of 20 countries it cannot pay into yet, the Unsupported Payout Countries of its Contractor Agreement section 3.7. Its page says being on that list places no restriction on your work, on the services you may perform, or on what you are owed, and that the country your account is held in does not have to be where you live. For that list it is a payment rule, not a hiring rule. source

A third list on the same page names 23 countries Sovrano cannot send money to at all, including Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela and Zimbabwe, described there as mostly Restricted Territories subject to sanctions or payment restrictions. Sovrano says this list is different: where a country there is a Restricted Territory named in your own agreement, that clause of your agreement governs, not the page. The honest read

Checked 2026-09-20: Barcelona company, Sovrano AI, S.L., that runs an AI data services platform matching evaluators with client projects in annotation, RLHF, labelling and evaluation, according to its own terms of use. Its board at app.sovrano.ai/opportunities showed 36 records, 26 published and 10 closed. A signed-out visitor sees all 36 with their rates, and the 26 published ones with an Apply button, the closed ones reading View instead. Contracts are remote and independent, and applying needs a Sovrano account
