About the Role
We're looking for experienced writers and editors to help evaluate and improve AI-generated English content. Your command of language, tone, and structure will directly shape how AI systems communicate — making a real impact on the quality of content reaching millions of people.

* Make nuanced editorial decisions around wording, tone, clarity, and structure * Review complex or ambiguous AI-generated content for accuracy and consistency * Provide clear, structured feedback and well-reasoned rationale for edits * Uphold high writing standards across diverse, large-scale content tasks * Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
* Advanced English writing and editing experience with a strong editorial instinct * Master's Degree or higher in English, Humanities, Journalism, or a related field * Exceptional attention to detail and sound judgment on complex content * Comfortable handling ambiguous or nuanced writing challenges * Self-motivated and able to work independently without close supervision * No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
* Background in professional editing, publishing, or content quality assurance * Experience developing or applying editorial style guides * Familiarity with AI writing tools or content evaluation workflows
