Pharmacy Technician Expert

• 2+ years in a retail, hospital, or specialty pharmacy

• Fluent in sig codes, NDCs, days supply math, and insurance adjudication

• You can document a pharmacy workflow clearly enough for someone else to follow it

Contract and pay

• $45 to $65/hr , paid weekly via Stripe. Your rate is set from your experience, not negotiated down after you start.

• Fully remote, fully async. No fixed hours.

• Minimum 10 hours per week, no maximum. Scale up or down week to week.

• No screen recording, no keystroke monitoring, no idle timers.

• Independent contractor. Ongoing project work rather than single task batches.

Responsibilities - Author realistic prescription processing and adjudication scenarios - Write reference answers that show the correct workflow order, not just the end state - Grade model output for dosing math, sig interpretation, and safety flags - Catch answers that would fail in a real pharmacy queue

Required qualifications - Active CPhT certification (PTCB or NHA) or state pharmacy technician registration - 2+ years working in a retail, hospital, or specialty pharmacy - Working knowledge of sig codes, NDCs, days supply math, and insurance adjudication - Clear written English for documenting pharmacy workflows - Able to commit at least 10 hours per week

Preferred qualifications - Sterile or nonsterile compounding experience (USP 797/800) - Specialty or mail order pharmacy and prior authorization experience - Pharmacy software fluency (Epic Willow, PioneerRx, or equivalent)
