About the Role
What if your voice could directly shape how AI understands and communicates with millions of Spanish speakers around the world? We're looking for professional voice actors and voice-over artists with a native Spanish (Spain) accent to take part in paid studio recording sessions for a cutting-edge AI speech research project.
This is your opportunity to do meaningful, well-compensated work that puts your voice talent at the centre of next-generation AI development. This project does not involve voice cloning.
- Organisation: Alignerr - Type: Contract - Session Format: In-person professional recording studio (locally assigned in Spain) - Session Length: 4 hours per session — 2 to 3 sessions total

* Record natural, conversational Spanish (Spain) speech in a professional studio environment * Participate in single-speaker recording sessions and dual-speaker dialogue exchanges * Deliver realistic, human-sounding performances that feel unscripted and authentic * Follow light direction to vary tone, pacing, and delivery as needed * Bring your professional instincts to sessions that require genuine, expressive speech
Who You Are
* A professional voice actor or voice-over artist with hands-on recording experience * A native or near-native Spanish (Spain) speaker — your accent and authenticity matter * Comfortable performing natural, conversational dialogue in a studio setting * Reliable, professional, and receptive to direction * Working-level English fluency for communication purposes * Currently based in Spain
Nice to Have
* Acting or performance background that brings extra depth to dialogue delivery * Experience in broadcast, podcast production, or prior studio recording work * Comfort with both scripted and improvisation-style conversational performance
