Required Qualifications
1 to 3 years of professional experience as a construction engineer, project engineer, field engineer, or similar role in a full time or equivalent position Strong working knowledge of construction documents, drawings, and specifications Demonstrated ability to independently assess and resolve technical questions on active projects Solid understanding of construction fundamentals including sequencing, scheduling, materials, and building codes Bachelor's degree or higher in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience across multiple project types, such as commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure Familiarity with standards and codes such as IBC, ACI, AISC, ASCE, or OSHA requirements Exposure to construction management software and workflows (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or similar) Background in both office and field roles, or experience coordinating across trades and disciplines
