Contract and pay

• $80 to $120/hr , paid weekly via Stripe. Your rate is set from your experience, not negotiated down after you start.

• Fully remote, fully async. No fixed hours.

• Minimum 10 hours per week, no maximum. Scale up or down week to week.

• No screen recording, no keystroke monitoring, no idle timers.

• Independent contractor. Ongoing project work rather than single task batches.

Responsibilities - Author realistic real estate transaction scenarios from listing through closing - Write reference answers with the contractual and market reasoning behind each decision - Grade model output for accuracy and compliance with agency and disclosure rules - Flag advice that reads plausible but breaches agency or disclosure obligations

Required qualifications - Active real estate broker license in at least one US state - 2+ years of residential or commercial transaction experience - Depth in contracts, disclosures, agency obligations, and negotiation - Clear written English for documenting transaction reasoning - Able to commit at least 10 hours per week

Preferred qualifications - Managing broker or brokerage ownership experience - Both residential and commercial transaction experience - Licenses or practice experience in more than one state
