About the Role
What if your voice could directly shape how AI communicates with millions of German speakers around the world? We're looking for professional German-speaking voice actors to record high-quality audio and evaluate AI-generated speech — helping next-generation AI systems sound natural, expressive, and authentically human.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for experienced voice professionals. No AI background needed — just a commanding German voice, a professional setup, and a sharp ear for quality.

What You'll Do

* Record professional-grade German voice performances using a large diaphragm microphone, following provided scripts and creative prompts * Evaluate AI-generated German speech for naturalness, pronunciation accuracy, emotional expression, and overall quality * Provide detailed, actionable feedback to help improve synthesized voice outputs * Review scripts and suggest adjustments to enhance clarity and ensure authentic, natural-sounding delivery * Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
* Native or near-native fluency in German with a strong, expressive vocal presence * Professional background in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, dubbing, or related performance-based audio work * Access to a large diaphragm microphone and a quiet, acoustically controlled recording environment * Ability to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated vocal performances across a range of tones and styles * A sharp, critical ear for nuance — you notice when pronunciation, rhythm, or emotion is slightly off * Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
Nice to Have
* Experience evaluating or directing voice performances in a studio or remote context * Familiarity with AI audio tools or voice synthesis platforms * Background in linguistics, phonetics, or speech pathology * Knowledge of regional German dialects and accent variations
