Contract and pay

• $55 to $85/hr , paid weekly via Stripe. Your rate is set from your experience, not negotiated down after you start.

• Fully remote, fully async. No fixed hours.

• Minimum 10 hours per week, no maximum. Scale up or down week to week.

• No screen recording, no keystroke monitoring, no idle timers.

• Independent contractor. Ongoing project work rather than single task batches.

Responsibilities - Author realistic imaging scenarios covering positioning, technique, and safety calls - Write reference answers with the reasoning behind each protocol choice - Grade model output for technical accuracy and radiation safety - Flag advice that reads right but would produce a repeat exposure or unsafe study

Required qualifications - ARRT certification with an active state license where required - 2+ years of clinical imaging experience - Depth in positioning, technique selection, and radiation safety - Clear written English for documenting imaging protocols and reasoning - Able to commit at least 10 hours per week

Preferred qualifications - CT, MRI, or mammography advanced certification - Trauma, OR, or interventional radiology experience - Experience training students or new technologists
