About the Role
What if your voice could directly shape how AI understands and communicates with millions of Spanish speakers across Mexico and beyond? We're working with leading AI research teams to improve how AI systems hear, interpret, and respond to natural human speech — and we need authentic Mexican Spanish voices to make it happen.
This is a paid contract role for professional voice actors and voice-over artists based in Mexico. You'll record natural, conversational Spanish speech in a professional studio environment, contributing to one of the most impactful areas of AI development today.
This project does not involve voice cloning.

- Type: Contract - Session Length: 4 hours per session (2–3 sessions total) - Location: In-person at a professional recording studio
What You'll Do
* Record natural, conversational Mexican Spanish speech in a professional studio setting * Participate in single-speaker recording sessions and dual-speaker dialogue conversations * Deliver realistic, human-sounding speech that feels unscripted and authentic * Follow light direction to vary tone, pacing, and delivery style as needed * Bring your performance instincts to make dialogue come alive naturally
Who You Are
* A professional voice actor or voice-over artist with relevant experience * A native or near-native speaker of Mexican Spanish with an authentic regional accent * Currently based in Mexico * Comfortable recording natural, conversational content — not just scripted reads * Professional, reliable, and receptive to direction in a studio environment * Working-level English for communication purposes
Nice to Have
* Acting or performance background * Experience in broadcast, podcast, or professional studio recording * Comfort with both solo performance and dialogue-based conversational recording
