Contract and pay

• $20 to $40/hr , paid weekly via Stripe. Your rate is set from your experience, not negotiated down after you start.

• Fully remote, fully async. No fixed hours.

• Minimum 10 hours per week, no maximum. Scale up or down week to week.

• No screen recording, no keystroke monitoring, no idle timers.

• Independent contractor. Ongoing project work rather than single task batches.

Responsibilities - Record scripted and conversational speech in your Indian language and English - Produce natural code switched recordings that mirror how bilingual speakers actually talk - Review and correct transcriptions of recordings for accuracy - Flag audio that sounds natural but mismatches its transcript

Required qualifications - Native fluency in an Indian language and full professional fluency in English - A quiet recording environment and a microphone that produces clean audio - Comfort recording your own speech and following detailed prompt specifications - Able to commit at least 10 hours per week

Preferred qualifications - Voice over, podcasting, or audio production experience - Transcription or data annotation experience - Native level fluency in more than one Indian language
