We are running a paid study evaluating how professionals compare and select personal lines insurance policies. We need experienced agents to document their quote comparison methodology and record a typical workflow scenario.
What We're Researching
We're running a paid study on the methodologies used to compare and evaluate personal lines insurance policies. Understanding how professionals navigate different coverage options helps us improve the tools they use every day. This research directly informs how quote comparison systems present critical policy differences to clients. How It Works
You will complete a written methodology guide detailing your approach to personal lines policy comparison. Next, you will record a 30-45 minute narrated screen-share video demonstrating an end-to-end renters insurance quote comparison. This recording will focus on a specific client scenario based in Chicago to provide context for your workflow choices. Finally, you will submit both the written guide and the recording for our team to review. Who This Is For
We are looking for licensed insurance agents, brokers, and analysts who regularly handle personal lines coverage. We welcome independent brokers, captive agents, and insurance specialists who frequently guide clients through renters insurance options. You should be highly comfortable articulating your decision-making process while navigating quoting platforms.
What you would do
• Write a methodology guide on evaluating personal lines insurance policies.
• Record a 30-45 minute narrated screen-share session.
• Demonstrate an end-to-end quote comparison workflow for a renters insurance scenario.
• Explain your rationale for selecting specific coverage options for a hypothetical client.
Who this is for
• Active experience selling or analyzing personal lines insurance policies
• Familiarity with evaluating renters insurance quotes from multiple carriers
• Ability to clearly narrate a workflow while sharing your screen
• Comfortable producing written methodology documentation
