Job Title: English Voice Coach

Job Summary: We are looking for native English speakers from Ireland, Australia, and the United Kingdom to support an AI training project focused on evaluating English audio recordings. In this role, you will use your knowledge of natural speech, pronunciation, accents, and language to assess audio quality and provide accurate feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

• Listen to and evaluate short English audio recordings.

• Assess whether speech sounds natural and native to the speaker's target accent or region.

• Evaluate pronunciation, accent, fluency, tone, and natural speech patterns.

• Identify inconsistencies or unnatural elements in spoken English.

• Provide clear and structured feedback on audio recordings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Native-level English proficiency with strong knowledge of your native/regional English accent.

• Strong understanding of pronunciation and natural speech patterns.

• Ability to provide clear written feedback in English.

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in voice coaching, voice-over, or speech analysis.

• Background in music, audio engineering, or sound production.

• Experience in linguistics, phonetics, language teaching, media, or communications.

• Previous experience analyzing or evaluating speech/audio recordings is a plus.
