Responsibilities - Develop high-quality software engineering questions and coding challenges that test AI models on topics such as algorithm design, code debugging, system architecture, API design, optimization, testing strategies, and more. - Evaluate and validate model responses, offering detailed feedback to ensure technical accuracy and adherence to software engineering best practices. - Collaborate with a team of software engineering and technical experts to fine-tune question difficulty and ensure content is both challenging and educational.

Required qualifications - Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical degree program. - Strong programming skills in one or more languages (Python, Java, C++, JavaScript, etc.) with a robust understanding of algorithms and data structures. - Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Preferred qualifications - Experience with software development internships at tech companies or startups. - Coursework or projects in algorithms, systems design, databases, web development, or machine learning. - Contributions to open source projects or personal coding projects demonstrating technical depth. - Familiarity with version control (Git), testing frameworks, or modern development tools is a plus. - Familiarity with AI or machine learning applications is a plus.
