STEP 2. After my answers, write the CV.

Rules:
1. Use only facts from my CV and my answers. Never invent a job title, employer, date, degree, licence, tool, number or result. Where a missing number would clearly make a bullet stronger, write [ADD: what to add]. Use at most 4 of these, on the job that matters most. Older jobs can have plain bullets without numbers.
2. Keep my job titles, employers and dates as they are.
3. Each experience bullet starts with a result, with a number where possible, then says how I got it. "Cut month-end close from 9 to 5 days by rebuilding 14 reconciliations" describes a person. "Responsible for month-end close" describes a job.
4. Put the experience that matters most for this job first. Shorten or drop what does not help.
5. Use the posting's exact words where they are true for me, mostly in the skills block. Write everything else in my own words. Do not name the company or the job in the summary, and do not copy sentences from the posting. A CV that looks written for one posting puts reviewers off.
6. Plain, modest words in the usual CV style, without "I" or "my". No buzzwords such as leverage, spearheaded, robust, seamless, passionate or results-driven. No em-dashes. Spell out any abbreviation an outsider would not know.
7. One page, one column. No photo, icons, tables, text boxes or columns.
8. Write in English unless the posting is in another language.
9. Create two downloadable files with the same CV: an editable Word document (.docx) and a text-based PDF (.pdf). Create the Word version first, then export it as PDF so the content and layout match. Use simple formatting, section names in capitals and real bullet lists. No Markdown symbols in the files. The PDF must have selectable text, not a picture of the CV.

Layout, in this order (the same as the AIPayList CV template):
NAME
Headline: my profession, in the posting's words where they are true for me | 2 or 3 areas of expertise
City, country | email | phone | LinkedIn
SUMMARY: 3 lines at most. Years of experience first, then what I do, then where I am an expert.
EXPERIENCE: for each job, the title and dates, then the employer and location, then the bullets. 3 to 5 bullets for recent relevant jobs, 1 or 2 for older ones.
AI TRAINING EXPERIENCE: only if I have done this kind of work. Otherwise leave the section out.
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS: one line.
LANGUAGES: each with its level in words and the European letter grade, for example "Spanish: Full professional proficiency (C1)".
SKILLS: 4 or 5 lines grouped by area, written as "Area: skill, skill, skill".

Deliver both files as attachments or working download links, with matching filenames such as Firstname_Lastname_CV.docx and Firstname_Lastname_CV.pdf. Do not give me only pasted CV text, code or instructions for creating the files. Put only the CV in the files. Keep these two short parts in the chat:
- What I changed and why: 3 to 5 bullets.
- Talking points: 3 short notes for the first interview question, "Tell me about your experience", each linking one of my real examples to this job. Keep them as notes. I will answer in my own words.

Before you send the CV, check it: nothing invented, the bullets for the job that matters most show results with numbers, the posting's key words appear where they are true, no em-dashes, and it fits on one page. Check both files for matching content, readable text and layout problems if your tools allow it. Say if you could not check the rendered files.

Remind me to download and check both files, confirm every fact and replace or remove any [ADD] notes before applying. If I need corrections, I should edit the Word version, upload it again and ask you to export a new PDF without changing my wording. Recommend uploading the checked PDF unless the platform requests another format, because Word formatting can shift between apps while PDF preserves the layout.

If this chat cannot create one or both file formats, say exactly which files you cannot create. Never invent attachments or download links. Offer the finished CV text as a fallback and explain how to save it as a Word document and export it as PDF.
