Catalan - Audio Transcriptionist
up to $35/hr
About this role, in Alignerr's words
What if your ability to hear every word — even through crosstalk, background noise, and overlapping speakers — could directly shape how AI understands spoken Catalan? We're looking for detail-oriented transcriptionists to produce accurate, high-quality transcriptions of Catalan-language audio, helping build the datasets that teach AI systems how real people actually speak.
What you'll do
- Listen to Catalan-language audio recordings and produce precise, verbatim transcriptions
- Handle challenging audio conditions — including crosstalk, filled pauses ("eh," "mmm," "bé"), background noise, and multiple simultaneous speakers
- Accurately identify and distinguish between different speakers throughout recordings
